Dr. Stephen J Hall was raised in the Chardonnay growing area of Gisborne, New Zealand and was served wines before Sauvignon Blanc was planted in the land of the Kiwis. He has worked extensively in Southeast Asia and the Pacific While completing a doctorate in cross cultural teacher training in 2006, Stephen gained a WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate(Merit}. He travels three or four times a year to wine regions, writes about wine and is very active in the Malaysian and Singaporean wine scenes. More below |
